When a Tier-1 automotive supplier steps back from a production programme, the machinery that reaches the open market is rarely ordinary — and this is one of those occasions.

Maynards, in conjunction with AllSurplus, is offering two complete High-Voltage eMotor production lines from a Valeo facility in Poland by private treaty. Each line spans the full manufacturing chain: rotor assembly, stator assembly, and final motor assembly and testing (FAL). Built in 2020 and 2021 by leading integrators — Teamtechnik, Grob/Tecnofirma and PIA Automation — these are current-generation, automotive-grade systems engineered for genuine series production, not prototype or low-volume work.

The numbers tell the story. The lines run at a cycle time of roughly 86 seconds per unit, with overall equipment effectiveness of up to 85%. The rotor lines handle shaft insertion, thermal processing, resin application, magnet assembly and precision dynamic balancing across 11 stations. The stator lines cover slot insulation, multi-station winding, laser welding and resin impregnation across 17 stations. The FAL lines integrate housing joining, rotor magnetisation and comprehensive end-of-line testing — electrical, leak and rotation checks — across 25 stations. Together they form a coherent, ready-to-redeploy asset base rather than a collection of standalone machines.

For any manufacturer scaling e-mobility output, this is a rare chance to secure proven, recent capacity at a fraction of the cost and lead time of a new build — and to shorten the path to volume in one of the fastest-moving segments in automotive. Lines can be acquired complete, and offers are invited immediately.

The sale closes on 7 July 2026. To request the full technical brochure, arrange an inspection or submit an offer:
