Founded in 1967, Vimi Fasteners operates in precision mechanics by designing and manufacturing highly engineered fasteners for automotive, industrial vehicles, oil & gas, aerospace and motorsport. Marco Sargenti, Ceo of Vimi Fasteners announced a business strategy that looks with interest to the Americas. Vimi’s sales office is in Charlotte, North Carolina, while the logistics warehouse is located in Charleston.

For an increasingly significant presence overseas, the Emilia-based company, headquartered in Novellara, aims to strengthen its organizational structure in the States and North America, also evaluating M&A projects, or acquisitions that can guarantee the best answers to market needs. Budget 2023 closed with a turnover of 61.5 million euros, 8 million more than the previous year.
