EMEC can offer customized test concepts for products under current and future standards and guidelines.
The Testcenter in Dresden, Germany, is equipped with modern and complex testing techniques, in order to validate electrical wheelers. The range of tested equipment includes transmissions up to 4 KW, components and gear systems, battery or hardware for interconnectivity and software. The test requirements will individually set with the customer. If required, we can also analyse the output data.
An extensive field test belongs to the test concept under the environmental and user terms. In EMEC’s field tests they simulate all the usage scenarios considering wind and weather. The mechanical and system specific parameters are brought to their limit during different ride types (long, short, on track and in urban traffic). These data recorded in real-life conditions will be used for returns management and quality control.
