GROB brings technologies to Coiltech Italy 2026 to accelerate the industrialization of electric motors. In Pordenone, the machine tool manufacturer will showcase its integrated approach based on simultaneous engineering, process validation and turnkey solutions for new electrified applications.
As the electric motor market evolves in response to new applications such as humanoid robots, drones, industrial automation and light electric mobility, the challenge is no longer limited to motor design but increasingly focuses on how quickly and effectively motors can be industrialized. This will be one of the key topics GROB will address at Coiltech Italy 2026, taking place in Pordenone on September 23–24, where the company will present an integrated approach combining process development, validation and the implementation of complete production lines.
At stand A08 – Hall 5, GROB’s Italian and German teams will demonstrate how simultaneous engineering and close collaboration from the earliest stages of development can help shorten industrialization times, minimize design risks and optimize performance, costs and production efficiency.
The growing adoption of electrified applications is driving demand for increasingly compact, high-performance and reliable motors, manufactured through highly automated and easily scalable production processes. To meet these requirements, GROB offers a technology partnership model that supports customers throughout the entire journey: from process definition to proof of concept, from validation to production ramp-up.
Supporting this approach is GROB’s Italian Technical Application Center dedicated to electric motors, where customers and specialists can carry out prototyping, process validation and application testing activities. The center makes it possible to test materials, components and production parameters before industrial investments are made, helping to shorten development times and increase process reliability.

Key topics at Coiltech will include solutions for GROB’s new business areas in drones and humanoid robotics, sectors characterized by increasingly demanding requirements in terms of power density, manufacturing quality and process repeatability.
Considerable attention will also be devoted to integrated solutions for light electric mobility, with complete production lines covering the entire electric motor manufacturing process, including particularly critical stages such as impregnation, which plays a decisive role in ensuring reliability, durability and performance.
GROB’s participation in Coiltech therefore provides an opportunity to demonstrate how process expertise, integrated technologies and validation activities can help accelerate the development of the next generation of electric motors for emerging electrification markets.
