The innovative SME Green Vehicles in Jesi has produced a full electric school bus for Massa Commune that will be used for students starting the next academic year. The second vehicle arrived in Tuscany: the first zero-emission school bus was delivered on November 9th of last year to Carrara Commune. The bus provided with approval will be able to transport 32 people – plus two service places – and will transport nursery and primary school students with zero emissions.
«This electric school bus – explains Enrico Cappanera, General Manager of Green Vehicles – efficaciously supports local bodies and companies in the transition towards sustainable mobility. A simple solution that allows replacing the existing vehicles with more eco-friendly means, with notable advantages also in terms of operation costs». Cappanera ends: «It is an operation that enhances the ‘Made in Marche’ because it systematizes our administrations’ sustainability choice and the know-how of excellence in our territory, which is developing a treasure of technological competences».
