Multi-channel communication, Tecniche Nuove Publishing Group acquires 100% of Mazzmedia

    With the aim of further consolidating the omnichannel offer of the Tecniche Nuove SpA publishing group, the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Mazzmedia srl from the majority shareholder Francesco Fiori and Samuele Marazzita, Tommaso Dozio, Federico Anelli has been completed.
    Mazzmedia is a digital agency, specialized in the design and development of multi-channel communication projects, digital strategy, creativity, technological development and digital marketing. A company capable of responding very quickly to customer requests and needs. Channel mix planning, strategic cross-media campaigns, market research and analysis are the basis of the work of the Mazzmedia team.
    The new corporate asset has confirmed at the helm the CEO Francesco Fiori, the Sales Director Tomaso Dozio, the Head of UX Designer Samuele Marazzita and the Head of Technology Federico Anelli.
