It is a transparent coating film for rubber parts, specifically designed for sealing pads used in multi-way valve applications. It stands out for its low friction coefficients—dynamic CoF of 0.1 when dry and 0.05 when wet—leading to reduced friction torque and enhanced energy efficiency, directly benefitting electric motor performance. The film demonstrates high abrasion resistance, sustained water-repellency, and compatibility with EPDM rubber, tolerating operational temperatures ranging from -50°C to 115°C. For production engineers, its easy integration into automated processes helps optimize productivity and quality assurance.
