With witty park 2, Hager Bocchiotti expands its EV charging portfolio, introducing a smart, compact, and elegant solution designed to simplify installation and management of multi-point charging systems in public and commercial environments.
Equipped with two Type 2 outlets delivering up to 22 kW each, the new station represents the latest evolution of the witty range. It specifically targets the tertiary sector — including public car parks, company fleets, and retail facilities — where reliability, control, and scalability are crucial for the rapid growth of electric mobility. Thanks to its Local Load Manager and WebApp configuration tools, witty park 2 allows fast and intuitive operation, with immediate diagnostics and automatic detection of up to 40 connected charging points. The system is designed to streamline the work of installers managing complex infrastructures while minimizing commissioning times.
The station includes RFID authorization for user access control and MID-certified energy metering to ensure fully compliant, accurate, and transparent billing — essential for commercial use.
Robust design, connectivity and open integration
Beyond its performance, witty park 2 features a minimalist design with a scratch-resistant tempered glass front and a sturdy metal enclosure, available in wall-mounted or floor-standing versions. The 7.5-meter charging cable provides flexibility, making vehicle connection easy in any parking configuration. Integrated RCBO protection and 6 mA DC leakage detection offer maximum safety during operation. Rated IP55 for ingress protection and IK10 for mechanical resistance (IK08 for the glass front), the charger is optimized for outdoor use, ensuring durability even in demanding environments.
In terms of connectivity, witty park 2 is equipped with WiFi, an onboard 4G/LTE modem, and an Ethernet interface supporting daisy-chain network distribution, simplifying interconnection between multiple units. Its compatibility with the OCPP 1.6j protocol guarantees seamless integration with major European charging management platforms and CPO (Charging Point Operator) systems.
To further enhance performance and reliability, the charging station can be complemented with a range of accessories and safety devices, such as surge protection and distribution panels.
