After two years of R&D, Oxyweld unveils the new smart compact brazing station suitable for all Oweld oxy-hydrogen gas generators.

This smart, compact 3-in-1 device is compatible with all Oweld oxy-hydrogen gas generators. It combines automatic flame on/off control, an electronic flashback arrestor, and an electronic pressure regulator. The automatic flame control ensures safe ignition and shutdown while helping operators save on gas consumption; the electronic flashback arrestor protects operators and the environment from accidental backfires.
The electronic pressure regulator maintains precise pressure (accurate to hundredths of a bar) without flame fluctuations, even downstream of long gas pipelines. It features a 1.5-meter movable turret for comfortable flame lighting and shutoff positioning. The adjustable-height stand ranges from 54 to 83 cm (21.2 to 32.6 in), with a 40 x 40 cm (15.7 x 15.7 in) base.

This leading international trade show and conference focuses on coil and winding technologies, including materials and equipment for electric motors and transformers. Oweld’s live demos will highlight copper flat wire and cable brazing, aluminum cable brazing, and CTC (Continuously Transposed Cable) stripping.
