The Elemaster Group announces a strategic joint venture with Syrma SGS to strengthen the production of high-tech electronic boards and equipment in India
Elemaster S.p.A. Tecnologie Elettroniche, among the leaders in the design and manufacturing of high-tech electronic products and complete solutions, is proud to announce the signing of a joint venture agreement with Syrma SGS Technology Limited, one of India’s leading players in EMS and electronic design services.
The new company, called Syrma SGS Elemaster Private Limited, will be a production platform dedicated to the creation of highly reliable electronic solutions in the railway, industrial and medical sectors, based in Bengaluru, in the Bommasandra industrial area. The production site, with an initial area of approximately 20,000 square feet, will be equipped with SMT, THT and box-build lines.
This partnership marks a significant step in the Elemaster Group’s international expansion strategy and represents the union of highly complementary skills: Elemaster’s experience in electronic design, production and product lifecycle management and support to global OEMs is complemented by Syrma SGS’s operational capacity and competitiveness. The new entity will offer certified quality ‘Made in India’ solutions to meet growing demand in the country and global markets.
India, a strategic market
