Elemaster acquires CR&C, strengthening its expertise in radiofrequency technologies and in the management of product Life Cycle.
Elemaster, an international Group specialised in high-tech electronic system design and manufacturing services (EMS/ODM), announces the acquisition of 100% of C.R.&C. S.r.l. and 25% of GreenWaves Srl from Gruppo Ollen, integrating them into its industrial ecosystem and further strengthening the Group’s expertise in the design and production of RF (radiofrequency) equipment and in the management of the life cycle of electronic systems.
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Burago di Molgora (MB), CR&C is a company specialised in the production, repair, remanufacturing and testing of electronic equipment and boards, with consolidated experience built up over more than forty years of activity by its engineers in the telecommunications and industrial electronics sector.
CR&C manages over 25,000 units under repair every year, offering highly specialised technical services.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Burago di Molgora (MB), GreenWaves is a company specialised in the design, testing and production of custom solutions in the RF, microwave and radar fields, with expertise in the design of RF equipment over 100 GHz, antenna Array, power amplifiers, including Software and Firmware and advanced testing solutions.
The companies operate and will further operate in numerous industrial sectors including telecommunications, cybersecurity, railways, energy, electromedical, automotive and home appliances, making available advanced expertise in RF and digital electronics, with production and testing capabilities over 100 GHz and specialised technological processes such as wire bonding, thermo bonding, die attach and special welding processes.
Elemaster strengthens the management of the entire product life cycle
Thanks to this transaction, Elemaster creates its own Repair Centre, strengthening its control over activities related to product lifecycle management. The new centre will allow the Group to offer advanced analysis, debug and repair services for electronic products, even beyond the warranty period, guaranteeing customers complete support throughout all phases of the product’s life.
The transaction also makes it possible to consolidate specialised expertise in the RF sector (production of radio Equipment, Radar and Antenna array, RF Systems and components over 100 GHZ). Through the expertise integrated with CR&C and GreenWaves, Elemaster strengthens its ability to operate in design, production, test bench development and in the production and repair activities of RF and radar products, and not only, further expanding the value of the services offered to customers.

With this acquisition, Gruppo Elemaster continues on its path of growth and service integration, with the aim of offering customers increasingly complete support, from design to the evolving management of the product over time.
